Job summary

Main Event Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will be tech-savvy, outgoing, and focused on creating FUN memories for our Guests, while ensuring safety and engagement across attractions.

You’ll monitor activities, assist with prizes, perform minor repairs, and collaborate with the Technical Team to report wear and tear. A welcoming, guest-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and a passion for service.
• Savvy with technology and eager to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential; strong communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor games and attractions to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist guests with questions about prizes and point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs and report wear or damage to the tech team.
• Engage with guests and welcome them as a FUN ambassador.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description:

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols,andmake redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• - Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• - Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• - Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• - Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• - Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• - Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• - Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• - Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• - Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• - Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• - Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• - Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• - Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• - Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• - Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
