Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a personable Games Attendant to help Guests enjoy the center’s games and activities. You’ll stay informed about all games, offer tailored recommendations, and ensure a safe, fun environment on the games floor.

Daily tasks include monitoring Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and other attractions, assisting with redemptions, and performing minor repairs as needed. This role supports a friendly, inclusive culture and open communication with the Technical Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and enthusiasm for helping Guests.
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn.
• Teamwork is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Management, Team Members and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure games and areas are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable Guest experiences.
• Keep games and Winner's Choice areas clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag equipment.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to the Technical Team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the floor.
• Greet Guests and engage with them as an ambassador of FUN.
• Carry out opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest's interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols,andmake redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
