Job summary

Main Event in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Games Attendant to man our games floor. This part-time role centers on helping guests enjoy Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and more while keeping equipment clean and safe.

You’ll guide guests, stock game areas, and help with point redemptions, with support from our Technical Team for repairs. We welcome tech-savvy, guest-focused team players who communicate well with guests and Management and can work days, nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and friendly approach.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters and Rock Climbing for safety and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional service to create FUN memories.
• Assist guests with questions on point redemption and game operations.
• Perform minor repairs and report wear to the Technical Team.
• Open, mid-day or close and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs.
