Job summary

Main Event Lexington, KY is seeking a part-time Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our game floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing, and work to create FUN memories for every guest, while ensuring safety and game readiness.

You will assist guests with questions, perform minor repairs, and partner with the Technical Team to report wear and tear. The role requires opening, mid-day, or closing duties with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with technology and assist guests with questions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption and minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear to the Technical Team.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs.
