Strong visual reasoning and attention to detail are essential, while prior AI or robotics experience is not required. You will break down complex activities into actions and states, label events, and ensure high-quality data for AI systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in game design, gameplay development, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to annotate consistently.
• Excellent written communication to explain observations and edge cases clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review video footage of robotic arms performing tasks, following detailed annotation guidelines.
• Identify and label actions, object interactions, state changes, task outcomes, errors, and other events.
• Apply understanding of action sequences, states, cause-and-effect, and success/failure to interpret behavior.
• Use annotation tools to tag video content precisely and consistently.
• Flag unclear moments and explain reasoning in concise notes.
• Support quality control by reviewing annotations and providing feedback.
• Complete assigned batches accurately within deadlines.
