• Strong understanding of action sequences, object states, interactions, rules, and cause-and-effect.
• Experience with data annotation, QA, or AI training projects is helpful but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review video footage of robotic arms performing tasks, following annotation guidelines.
• Identify and label actions, object interactions, state changes, and outcomes within each video segment.
• Apply understanding of action sequences and cause-effect to interpret robotic behavior.
• Use annotation tools to tag content precisely and consistently.
• Flag unclear moments and explain reasoning in brief notes.
• Contribute to quality control by reviewing annotations and providing feedback.
• Complete assigned batches accurately and within deadlines.
