Job summary

The San Francisco 49ers are seeking an Entertainment Operations Member to assist the Game Presentation team in executing gameday entertainment elements at 49ers home games. The role requires working directly with field producers to deliver show requirements and coordinating performers and guests to ensure timely, smooth performances.

Applicants should have prior experience in sports or live events, a passion for football, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a sports or live events environment is required.
Experience in entertainment, event production, or stage management is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Work with field producers to execute gameday entertainment and show requirements.
Escort entertainment groups and ensure they are informed, in place, and on time.
Assist in in-game promotional elements, select contestants, distribute items, and prepare props.
Assist with field flag ceremonies, setup flags, manage check-in tables, escort flag holders.
Support entertainment operations and stage movements for pregame, national anthem, and halftime shows.
Fulfill hospitality riders for entertainment groups.
Help with entertainment inventory, uniforms, credentials, radios, wristbands, and green rooms when needed.
Attend production meetings during game weeks.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
