Responsibilities

• Provide operational, planning, organizing and administrative support for Strawberry Creek Studios events.
• Support strategic communications and marketing for events from a communications lens.
• Assist with credentialing, event-day logistics and will-call operations.
• Coordinate calendars and campaign timelines for events.
• Track deliverables, approvals and deadlines.
• Assist with activation of brand and community partnerships.
• Support gameday, event and production operations.
• Coordinate announcers, statistical crews and event personnel as assigned.
• Assist with equipment inventory, parking passes and content distribution.
• Maintain digital assets and resources including staff directories and web pages.
• Assist with reporting metrics and process improvements.
• Coordinate office operations for Strawberry Creek Studios.
• Collaborate with athletics staff, students, and university personnel.
• Perform other duties including professional development.
