Job summary

Walk-On's is seeking a part-time bartender to be the face of the bar, delivering high-energy service and crafting drinks that keep guests celebrating. You will verify IDs, know menu items, and work closely with the team to ensure a championship guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol and able to obtain required certifications.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and gameday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and a welcoming smile.
• Craft cocktails, pour beer, and mix drinks to create a festive experience.
• Verify IDs and comply with all alcohol laws and responsible service.
• Know menu items, drinks, and specials to suggest options.
• Keep bar organized, stocked, and clean at all times.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support teammates by assisting with food service and drink delivery.
• Build regular guests by learning names and fostering connections.
• Maintain a clean, efficient bar area that looks great and runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a championship guest experience.
