Walk-On's is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver high-energy service in a gameday atmosphere. You will craft cocktails, pour beers, and engage guests with a championship-level guest experience. Certification and the ability to work nights and weekends are required to keep our bar buzzing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (age depends on state) and able to obtain state alcohol service certifications.
• Friendly and outgoing with a passion for guest experience.
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly in a fast-paced bar.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a plus and helps upsell.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and a winning personality.
• Craft cocktails, pour beers, and mix drinks to keep the celebration going.
• Verify IDs and serve alcohol in accordance with laws.
• Make menu recommendations and inform guests of drinks and specials.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized for gameday readiness.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support food service as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Build regular guests by learning names and providing memorable service.
• Maintain a clean bar area and uphold high standards of appearance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a championship guest experience.
