Job summary

Baltimore Ravens is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as 50/50 raffle sellers during gameday and events. You will engage with guests before and during games to promote and sell raffle tickets and share Ravens Foundation information with fans.

Responsibilities include handling sales, processing with a credit card reader and raffle software, answering questions, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience and experience with payment process systems required.
• Must be able to work all Baltimore Ravens home games including preseason and post season.
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk up and down numerous steps and long distances in parking lots and around the stadium complex.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of time worked.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests pre-game and in-game to explain the 50/50 raffle program and Ravens Foundation information.
• Accurately handle sale and distribution of raffle tickets following program requirements.
• Process raffle sales using a credit card reader and raffle software device.
• Answer fan questions regarding the raffle program and Ravens Foundation information.
• Provide high-quality customer service to enhance the fan experience during game day.
