Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is looking for a Game Room Technician to keep all arcade and stage equipment running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain video games, kitchen equipment and ticketing systems to ensure a safe, fun experience for guests.

You will work with electrical and mechanical systems, manage inventories, and follow safety procedures. Prior experience with electronics or mechanical systems is valued, and a positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component board level.
• Planning, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for the latest video and skill games, kitchen equipment, register systems and coin and ticket mechanisms.
• Oversee and be responsible for arcade games, register and IT systems and ticket dispensers.
• Manage electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room; perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace defective electronic components, boards and computers.
• Operate stage show equipment and manage repairs and preventative maintenance including lighting and sound.
