TapBlaze in Los Angeles is seeking a production-focused coordinator to bring clarity to schedules across our live mobile games. You will own Jira boards, enforce deadlines, and be the first point of contact for questions about tasks and blockers.

This hands-on role sits inside a tight-knit studio where everyone ships, coordinating across time zones and across offices to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of production experience in games, specifically free to play mobile titles with live ops.
• Deep working knowledge of Jira as an admin, not just a user.
• Clear, fast written communication.
• Experience coordinating across time zones is a plus.
• Comfortable holding people to dates, tracking commitments and following up.

Responsibilities

• Own Jira and planning tools for all active game projects: boards, workflows, hygiene, reporting.
• Set schedules and deadlines with owners and due dates for all tasks across teams and offices.
• Identify schedule risk early and drive tradeoff discussions on scope or timing.
• Run standups and status meetings, keep them brief and valuable.
• Be the single point of contact for questions about what to work on.
