Qualifications
As a Producer/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the production of our game development projects, from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with our engineering, design, and art teams, managing timelines, resources, and communication between departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, set deadlines, and track project milestones using tools like Monday.com.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross‑functional teams of artists, designers, and developers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
- Resource Management: Manage team bandwidth, track workloads, and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies to address challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet internal and external quality standards through rigorous review processes.
- Agile Workflow: Use agile methodologies, including leading sprint planning meetings, to adapt to project changes, maintaining flexibility while delivering on key milestones.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Track project budgets and timelines, ensuring that the project stays within financial and temporal constraints.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and post‑mortem analyses.
Requirements
- Must be local to the DFW Metro and willing to commute to our Dallas office.
- At least 2 years of experience in this field.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of game development processes (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.) is a plus.
