Bally's Interactive is seeking a personable, professional live casino assistant to manage studio casino game presentations at the table and across our systems. You will engage customers through live chat, ensure high standards of interaction, and stay knowledgeable about our products.

As a front-line ambassador, you will be expected to maintain a polished appearance, cooperate with the Service Manager, and, when required, participate in photos or videos for promotional materials.

Responsabilidades

• Present and control studio casino games for live and on-system views.
• Provide a pleasant gaming experience with professional live chat interactions.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer manners.
• Be smart, presentable, and knowledgeable about products.
• May participate in photos/videos for promotional materials.
• Cooperate with Service Manager and offer constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Professional presentation and control of the studio casino games at the table, as well as on our systems, at all times.
• Offering a pleasant gaming experience with professional and proper interaction with customers through the live chat system.
• Providing high standards of professionalism and manners towards the live casino audience.
• Always be smart and presentable, and knowledgeable of our products.
• Occasionally, as the face of the company, you may be requested to participate in photos and or videos for the purpose of creating promotional materials.

• Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment.

Target Hourly Range: $7.50 per hour
