Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is hiring a Game Floor Attendant to oversee the arcade floor, help guests with games, and maintain machines and cleanliness. You will create a fun, safe environment and support ticket redemptions for prizes.

Ideal candidates are friendly, customer-service oriented and able to work holidays, nights, and weekends; must be at least 16 years old. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school student or graduate preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends; must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with arcade games and attractions.
• Explain game rules and resolve game-related issues.
• Monitor arcade machines for proper operation.
• Keep arcade floor clean and organized, including machines and seating.
• Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes; restock prize counter.
• Monitor area for safety and enforce rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

As a Game Floor Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the arcade floor, assisting guests with game-related inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of arcade machines, and contributing to a fun and enjoyable environment for all guest.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and attractions.
• Answer questions, explain game rules, and assist with any game-related issues.
• Monitor arcade machines to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, including game machines, seating areas.
• Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes. Ensure the prize counter is well-stocked and organized.
• Monitor the arcade area to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Enforce safety rules and guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Required Skills

• Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused

• Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure

Education & Experience

• High school student or graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions
