Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and provide information about attractions and services. You will guide guests around the venue, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a smooth entrance experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, sharing venue details, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed, with opportunities to assist on events and promotions. Must be 16 or older and available holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide guests with information about the venue’s attractions, events, and services.
• Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow.
• Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

As a Greeter at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive impression. Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motion
