Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is hiring a Greeter to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, share information about attractions and services, and assist with inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires a friendly hospitality mindset, teamwork, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are common for this position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide guests with information about the venue’s attractions, events, and services.
• Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow.
• Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions.
• Maintain the entrance area and surrounding spaces clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
• Must be at least 16 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motion
