Position Overview

This part-time role involves facilitating games, assisting customers with check-in, and maintaining the facility. It requires thriving in a fast-paced environment and social confidence. The store is located at 94848 E Cactus Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85254.

Responsibilities

• Game Facilitation: Maintain professionalism, ensure excellent customer experiences, brief groups, monitor gameplay, support with malfunctions, and keep the environment clean.
• Check-In Facilitation: Greet customers, verify appointments, handle transactions, issue wristbands, and answer inquiries.
• Maintenance & Inventory: Clean and disinfect the facility, assist with inventory, repair props, and report malfunctions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and able to command attention.
• Flexible shifts starting as early as 8 am and ending as late as 1 am.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Comfort with bright lights, loud music, and fog.
