Job summary

Activate is seeking a part-time Game Facilitator for our White Marsh store in Baltimore to guide players, handle check-ins, process transactions, and keep the experience running smoothly. The role includes maintaining a clean facility, assisting with game setup, and ensuring high energy gameplay.

Ideal candidates are social, reliable, with 1 year of customer service experience, and enjoy a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is considered an asset.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Must be a people person - energetic, friendly and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd of people.

Responsibilities

• Game Facilitation: guide players, brief groups, observe gameplay, assist as needed, maintain clean/comfortable environment.
• Check-In Facilitation: warmly greet customers, verify appointment times, handle transactions, issue receipts and wristbands.
• Facility Maintenance: clean spaces, inventory checks, disinfect wristbands, maintain lockers and lounge, report malfunctions.
• Working Environment: lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, operate tools, work around bright lights and loud music.
