Rushdown Studios is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team supporting a large-scale game development project. You will work with our current engineers to improve infrastructure reliability and automate provisioning.

The role favors candidates in the Eastern United States willing to work from our Saratoga Springs, NY office on a hybrid schedule (Tue-Thu) or fully remote. Game development experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional Azure experience.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Groovy.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of game packaging/deployments for different platforms.
• Experience with build pipelines that compile code.
• Monitoring with DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus.
• Ability to debug unexpected issues during development.
• Strong communication and team-player mindset.
• Security/compliance awareness in cloud environments.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for game development and live-service games.
• Deploy infrastructure-as-code for cloud resources using Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Promote cloud security best practices and compliance requirements for gaming infrastructure.
• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments.
• Respond to live support issues for a live-service game.
• Empower multiple teams through development environment automation.
