American Games is seeking a Game Development Supervisor to lead a fast-paced creative production team. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate design projects from concept through production, and guide employees in game planning, proofreading, and production artwork.

The role requires strong graphic design and print production knowledge, plus leadership abilities to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years in graphic design, production art, prepress, or related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Game Development operations, assign projects, set priorities, and coordinate workloads to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate design projects from concept through production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and maintain design instructions, monitor schedules, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Interpret customer requests with Sales and Creative teams to ensure artwork meets requirements.
• Review final artwork with Sales, Pre-Press, and Production for accuracy and print readiness.
• Develop tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and production workflows.
