Job summary

Philadelphia Phillies - Game Day is seeking candidates for the position of Game Day Publication Vendor. This part-time, hourly role promotes and sells publications at Citizens Bank Park while delivering friendly customer service and accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic dates.
Punctual attendance and arriving at least two hours before game time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor professional sports venue.
Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license or transportation.
Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell publications at entrance gates and seating areas.
Provide positive customer service interactions while selling and responding to inquiries.
Maintain accountability for cash and credit card settlement at end of shift.
