Job summary

Citywide Vendors is seeking a part-time Field Sales Representative for in-person, field-based outreach in Philadelphia. You will meet decision-makers in apartments, offices, gyms, and high-traffic locations to move opportunities from first contact to signed placement agreements.

You’ll work with the founder to refine outreach strategies, improve follow-up, and own your daily activity and pipeline. This role suits someone fearless in cold outreach and motivated by performance-based upside.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face outreach comfort and ability to initiate conversations.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
• Persistent and organized with follow-up.
• Self-motivated and open to feedback and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Philadelphia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-traffic locations across Philadelphia.
• Conduct in-person outreach to decision-makers.
• Present Citywide Vendors’ offering clearly and confidently.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
• Secure signed placement agreements for vending machines.
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and progress in an organized way.
• Collaborate to refine messaging and territory focus.
