Job summary

Legends Global at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX, is hiring Warehouse Merchandise Associates to support retail and warehouse operations. You will receive, stock, and distribute merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and commit to 35–40+ hours weekly with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and distribute products accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational procedures.
• Pull and prepare merchandise for remote retail locations.
• Identify and report quality control issues.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and supply areas.
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counts using handheld scanners.
• Train and coach new associates on warehouse processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with teammates.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
