Job summary

University Prep in Seattle seeks a Game Day Staffer to support the Athletic Department during fall and winter seasons. You will lead the score table, assist with game day setup and takedown, and operate scorekeeping and the game clock in the Pumadome, with shifts most evenings 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service, direct leadership, and supervision of the score table.
  • Assists athletic staff with game day set-up and takedown.
  • Provides Scorekeeping and Clock operation for games in the Pumadome.
  • Maintains and operates the proper use of equipment and supplies.
  • Enforces facility and equipment rules.
  • Complies with policies and regulations as stated in school documents.
  • Takes reasonable precautions to protect students, faculty, staff, equipment, materials and facilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
