Job summary

Unique Food and Beverage is seeking an Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage to oversee concessions, portable carts, premium areas, and catering at Nymeo Field in Frederick, MD, and Segra Field in Loudoun County, VA.

You will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead staff, manage inventory, and coordinate game-day operations while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and high-quality service for fans throughout the season.

Qualifications

1–3 years in food service, concessions, hospitality or related field.
Experience in sports/entertainment venue preferred.
Strong leadership to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
Working knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Basic inventory management, product ordering, and cash handling.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of concession stands, portable carts, premium areas and catering.
Assist Manager in staffing, scheduling and training of staff.
Coordinate game-day operations and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies.
Maintain clean, safe environments and high-quality service for fans.
