Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at Spartanburg Methodist College and eligible for Federal Work Study.
• Interest in athletics, event operations, or facilities preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown of athletic events.
• Support facility operations, cleanliness checks, and maintenance reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling for facilities and weight room.
• Assist with game day duties: locker room setup, credential distribution, scoreboard operation.
• Serve as liaison between athletics staff, coaches, and campus departments.
• Perform data entry, signage creation, and general office tasks.
• Provide customer service to athletes, coaches, officials, and fans.
