Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking an Athletics Operations Specialist 3 to craft engaging game-day environments for men’s basketball and baseball. You will blend creative vision with precise operations to deliver a seamless, on-brand experience from pre-game to post-game.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Game Experience and Marketing, you’ll develop promotions, coordinate talent, and ensure compliance with NCAA/Big 12 rules while coordinating with multiple SDA departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced game-day environment.
• Knowledge of NCAA and Big 12 rules and university policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full game day experience for men's basketball and baseball.
• Collaborate with partnerships, operations, and marketing to fulfill contracts.
• Oversee in-arena content, live scripts, and talent coordination.
• Lead game-day staff and manage equipment, staging and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with league rules and brand standards.
