Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring Game Day Event Staff to work in an exciting event environment, earning extra income on a flexible schedule. Starting pay is $15–$15.50 per hour, with weekly pay and no experience required.

Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends, and multiple openings are available. Team-oriented role includes collecting tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, providing superior customer service, directing foot traffic, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required and Driver’s Record check if applicable.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry and guides guests, may collect/scan tickets and verify wristbands.
• Directs foot traffic and maintains order in venue areas.
• Provides guests with directions and information to enhance their experience.
• Interacts with guests in a friendly, clear and professional manner.
