Qualifications

• Must have ability to operate scoring equipment and related technology.
• Knowledge of official game scoring procedures.
• Must complete Parks and Recreation training.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains official scoreboard during games.
• Records game scores, player statistics, fouls, and timeouts.
• Maintains official scorebooks and electronic scores.
• Works with referees, coaches, and staff to ensure accurate data.
• Reports discrepancies to Parks and Recreation staff.
• Keeps track of game time and clocks.
• Completes required paperwork and time records.
• Arrives early to prepare equipment.
• Assists with other Parks and Recreation activities as assigned.
