Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Recreation Coordinator and Assistant Recreation Coordinator with keeping score and statistical reporting for athletic programs.
• Set up for and break down of athletic programs.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports of scores and incidents to supervisors.
• Enforce all rules and safety standards for the program.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks timely.

Job description

This position is responsible for assisting with keeping score, statistical reporting, and setting up for and breaking down of athletic programs.

PLEASE NOTE HOURS: Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.

Essential Job Duties

• Performs duties related to assisting the Recreation Coordinator and Assistant Recreation Coordinator with keeping score, statistical reporting, and setting up for and breaking down of athletic programs.
• Performs duties and makes decisions consistent with department mission, vision, and core values.
• Serves as the Recreation Coordinator and Assistant Recreation Coordinator’s representative in their absence.
• Delivers accurate and timely reports of scores, pertinent game information, incidents, injuries, safety issues, damage to property, needed repairs, and low inventories of supplies to the attention of the Recreation Coordinator or Assistant Recreation Coordinator.
• Follows, practices, and helps enforce all rules and safety standards for the program.
• Follows verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensures the timely and quality completion of those assigned tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
