Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Games Attendant who is tech-savvy, outgoing and focused on creating FUN memories for guests. You will know our games, recommend options, and help guests redeem prizes while ensuring safety and cleanliness on the games floor.

You’ll monitor activities, assist guests with questions, perform minor repairs, and partner with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear. This role emphasizes exceptional service and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to engage guests with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and with management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities and ensure games are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear and damage to the Technical Team; communicate issues promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards; be an ambassador of FUN.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description:

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols,andmake redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
