Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement work schedule to maximize manpower, machines, and materials.
• Process parts to meet production schedules and communicate obstacles.
• Monitor personnel performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Report discrepancies in blueprints and specs to Operators Manager.
• Ensure product quality meets standards and inspections are completed.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance on the floor.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and participate in Safety Leadership Team.
