Skills needed:
  • Personality. The soft skills cannot be taught. So we love someone whose enthusiasm is visible. We also love academics whose knowledge of art shines through in pleasant conversations which we have a lot of,—with our customers. We need someone who can learn things quickly and has high energy.
  • We love someone who gets it done. And someone who has a keen sense of being productive. No phone scrollers please.
  • We love entrepreneurial spirits, creatives and kind souls who love art.
  • We love to work with someone who isn’t afraid of hard work. Sometimes running a gallery means running out to get ice or hanging a painting. We need someone who can be flexible. Experience working with the public matters. If you have ever worked in a retail space, grocery store or restaurant, that’s helpful.
  • Careful. We treat the art as you would your own. Careful handling can be taught and we’ll teach you how to properly handle, store and ship art.
