Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing the exhibition program and related events.
• Manage five exhibitions per year, coordinating with artists, partners and staff.
• Maintain day‑to‑day gallery operations with Director and campus.
• Handle digital aspects: website, social media, and database management.
• Coordinate hires of art handlers and outside vendors.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, purchasing and supplies.
