State Historical Society of North Dakota’s ND Heritage Center & State Museum seeks a Gallery & Education Specialist for part-time, temporary work (~25 hours/week) through June 30, 2027. As part of the State Historical Society of North Dakota, the ND Heritage Center & State Museum is the largest museum in the state and houses more than 80,000 artifacts related to the region's history. The Gallery & Education Specialist plays a vital role in fostering engaging, interactive, and educational experiences for museum visitors. Combining the responsibilities of education delivery and gallery facilitation, this role supports the museum's mission by providing inspiring and informative learning opportunities that promote curiosity and a deeper understanding of North Dakota's heritage. The position involves conducting tours, leading programs, and supporting the development of educational content while ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment for visitors of all ages.
This is a temporary, part-time position working approximately 25 hours per week through June 30, 2027.
