Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Internship, co‑op, or 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Manufacturing or inventory accounting exposure is a plus; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and interpret accounting and financial records, reports, and statements.
• Support general ledger activities, month-end closing, and budget processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policy, and regulations; conduct internal audits.
• Analyze plant expenses, reconcile to budget, and report variances.
• Coordinate accounts payable for plant operations and assist with payroll and invoicing as needed.
