GAAP and provide recommendations for process improvements while building strong client relationships. The role supports professional development through internal training, campus recruiting, and networking events; travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA eligible preferred.
• Experience providing attest services in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards.

Responsibilities

• Process client data for GAAP financial statements, AUPs, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues per professional guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to deliver superior service.
• Participate in training and networking events to support professional development.
• Assist with campus recruiting and refer experienced candidates to the firm.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
• Assist on compilation of Schedule of Federal Expenditures for clients.
• Travel is limited but may be required.
