Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking an accounting professional to establish and maintain GAAP-based financial records across a multi-location network. You will prepare journal entries, manage ledgers, and generate monthly and annual statements, while ensuring accurate coding and compliance with policies.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience, with 2+ years’ accounting background and solid Excel/Access capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with GAAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Access, PowerPoint and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers and prepares journal entries.
• Generates monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensures proper coding of invoices and compliance with accounting policies.
• Assists with tax schedules and internal control improvements.
• Collaborates with team members to reconcile accounts and improve data quality.
