Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting experience, preferably in government/public sector.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and fiscal compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple accounting responsibilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities in accordance with GAAP and fiscal policies.
• Manage P-Card activities, including review, documentation, and compliance.
• Complete monthly and bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records, documentation, and fiscal controls.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules for the CFO and leadership.
