Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Tool & Process Engineer to lead tooling process development for new vehicle programs, designing and implementing tooling solutions in collaboration with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, GA and manufacturing plants.

The role focuses on improving performance and quality in General Assembly tooling and supporting SPW and WCT initiatives such as workplace organization and logistics, while solving focus problems across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline; 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of TeamCenter, AMPs, and MEDDS
• Ability to manage tooling implementation
• Budgeting experience
• Creative and innovative in tooling design

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling processes for new vehicle programs, including design and implementation
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, GA and plants to enable tooling success
• Support GA Process Engineering in SPW and WCT initiatives (workplace organization, logistics, problem solving)
• Improve performance and quality in General Assembly tooling and processes
