Job summary

Learning Care Group in Georgia is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct 4-year-olds under Georgia’s Pre-K program. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will build relationships with families, manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and promote the center’s success. Must have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, classroom leadership experience, and ability to meet

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Georgia’s Pre‑K Program is a state funded educational program for all age eligible 4‑year‑old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre‑K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. The Pre‑K LeadTeacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year-old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:
