Job description

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Lead Teacher for our Georgia Pre-K program. Candidates must meet Bright from the Start requirements and have qualifications reflected in their GAPDS Profile.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE); T-4 Certification strongly preferred
• GAPDS Level 8 or higher
• At least one year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a Georgia Pre-K setting
• Proficiency in utilizing the Work Sampling Online (WSO) assessment tool
• Strong ability to create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Excellent communication skills with both parents and assistant teachers

Job Type: Full-time, Contract Salary Range:$38,000 – $55,000 per year (based on educational credentials and experience)

Required Education:
