Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or equivalent with ECE credentials and background check.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to community needs and changes.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom activities and implement GA Pre-K curriculum standards.
• Design engaging learning experiences across developmental domains.
• Assess progress and tailor curriculum to individual needs, including disabilities.
• Uphold health, safety and supervision protocols in the classroom.
