Compensation & Pay Range

Pay will be determined based on credentials and years of credible experience.

Compensation listed above is based on the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning Salary Schedule. Candidates will be offered a salary using the education, credential and teaching certificate information provided on the schedule. Higher salary will be paid for a higher teaching certificate level.

Responsibilities

• Help implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre-K curriculum.

Qualifications

• Georgia Certified Teacher preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
• Georgia Pre-K lead teaching experience.
• Previous experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center is preferred.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
