Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional management experience.
• U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset to gather, analyze, and interpret data for the federal government.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Navy and Marine Corps systems.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility for incentives (bonuses, loan repayment, etc.) within 3 business days.
• Verify documents and process payments within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate GIMS records and ensure ARNG/DoD compliance.
• Provide timely responses to service member inquiries and reports to COR.
• Conduct outreach events and support audits and policy updates.
• Recommend process improvements and ensure tax and policy compliance.
