As a Clinical Program Coordinator at Georgia HOPE, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services by supporting clinical operations, mentoring team members, and helping programs run smoothly. This is a leadership role that combines clinical expertise with operational coordination. You'll partner closely with Program Directors, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery while supporting the professional growth of your team and the continued success of the program.
Your schedule may include a combination of administrative responsibilities, staff mentorship, meetings, documentation review, and, when needed, direct client care in community-based settings.
Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, accountable, and client-centered culture.
