Health Connect America is seeking a Client Support Specialist to work with children, families, and adults in community settings across Georgia. You’ll provide hands-on support, help build skills, and connect clients to resources to foster independence and stability.
The role emphasizes relationship-building, IRP-guided goals, crisis prevention, and collaboration with therapists and community partners. A high school diploma (or BA) and a valid driver’s license are required.
