Freedom Preparatory Academy seeks elementary Math teachers for its growing network of charter schools in Memphis, TN. You will introduce and develop mastery of concepts through ongoing assessments and collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum across subjects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), TN license or eligibility, and 2–4 years urban teaching experience. The district emphasizes strong data use, student growth, and staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• Tennessee teaching license and endorsements in hired content area
• Reciprocity teaching license between states acceptable
• Enrollment in licensure program with eligibility for recommendation
• Eligibility for Tennessee teaching license required
• 2–4 years of urban teaching and educational leadership preferred
• Ability to work with diverse learning abilities in heterogeneous classes
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
